Pastor Rich and Tina Romero are the Lead Pastors of Generation Church.

They were born and raised in Miami, have been married since 2011, and have three children, Mila Rae, Havana Rose, and Nina Robbie. Rich and Tina have faithfully served the local church since their early twenties. 

In 2015, Rich and Tina felt a clear call to start a life-giving church right in the heart of the city they grew up in. They partnered with the Association of Related Churches (ARC) and planted Generation Church on January 21, 2018. They are passionate about seeing people establish their lives in Christ and discover their God-given purpose.
